Checking Your Email Via Webmail.
This FAQ is only for users that have an email account hosted with Input-Output Unlimited, Inc.
You can check your email account either via a program installed on your machine (such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook - we suggest Thunderbird) or via the web. If you would like to check it via the web, it only requires a simple procedure.
First, verify that you have your "user name" and "password" handy. This should have been given to you by one of the technicians at Input-Output Unlimited, Inc. As a note, your user name will also be the name on your email account, such as "mike@email.com" has a user name of "mike".
Go to webmail.davie.textdrive.com. There, you will be asked for your user name and password, which you will simply put into the supplied blanks. Once you have typed that information in, either click "Log In" or hit enter to access your Webmail account.
Once logged in, you will have a variety of options, from checking your email in the "Inbox", to organizing "Contacts", using the "Calendar", and even customizing the webmail client and how it looks and displays.
